This do it yourself divorce service includes all documents you will need to file for dissolution of marriage in the State of Florida. Additionally, you will be able to prepare and complete your financial affidavit and, if necessary, a child support guidelines worksheet.
Our Florida Online Divorce service does not include:
- Discovery, interrogatories, depositions, requests for document production or any other additional discovery from the opposing party or any third party;
- Negotiation with the opposing party or their counsel;
- Our appearance in Court for any reason;
- Drafting of a Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO). If the Final Judgment of dissolution of marriage gives you or your spouse part of the other person’s retirement account or pension, a separate order must be entered. This document is called a Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO);
- Real estate title changes. If you will be changing the title to any real estate as part of your dissolution of marriage, you should contact an attorney to get advice on how to do this. This is a complicated and very important step in the dissolution of marriage process;
- One on one legal advice, guidance and coaching by phone or email. BUT if you feel you need additional legal advice, guidance and coaching then these services can be purchased from the Florida Online Divorce service at an additional cost;
- Minor documents that your local county may request for filing such as verification of residency.
